Today was my first experience of energy dancing – I let my body dance as it wished – I had not realised just how graceful, balanced, lithe, and sexy I can be when I get my inhibitions & pre-conceptions out of the way of dancing.
As a bonus, my body has safely stretched muscles and areas of the body that probably haven’t moved since I was a child, AND I can balance on one leg in all manner of positions ….. How fabulous is that!
This is incredibly powerful magic and I offer you, Silvia, my deepest thanks for what you have brought into the world with energy dancing.
I shall be sharing it with friends, and spreading the word.
