What an experience and what a revelation! I felt emotions rise up in me that I have felt before but couldn't seem to release completely. I became very aware of the feelings in my throat chest and stomach. As I danced my way through the tape I experienced a great 'clearing' of energy. I would go back to test and danced til every last feeling had cleared. Then at the end with the music of the bowl I felt clear, light and my whole body was flowing. I would recommend this to any senior person like me. I have been telling my friends about it and the joy of release and the feeling of clarity it has brought me. Of course I have felt this before, but I am convinced there is a spiralling movement in our energy and that we can flow in spiralling fashion as we become clearer and clearer. What amazed me especially recently is how calm I have become. When there is something controversial in conversation I just make a clear statement of my viewpoint and do not get het up as I was wont to be in the past. Hurrah for Emotrance and hurrah for the wonderful vistas being upened up for those who are happy to look again at the simplicity of use of Emotrance and the ongoing development it offers in countless areas of life. Thank you Silvia, thank you Dragon Rising.
Energy Dancing is an invaluable tool for therapy, whether shared with a practitioner or for self-help. It brings lightness and joy into life, first through bringing us into a deep awarenes of our body, and then releasing blockages effortlessly and gracefully as we enter into the movement of the music. Finally we can allow ourselves to be carried forward into whatever area of our life needs to grow and develop. I feel ilnspired to dance my way through my desired projects and to release resistance in various areas until I am able to llow freely towards my goals.
